In fact, up to 30 minutes of extreme cold exposure daily were required to gain 1/10th of an ounce of brown fat.
Is the Exipure Fat Browning Regimen Effective?
The exipure fat browning regimen focuses on plant supplements – as it turns out, many common plants (such as holy basil) contain flavonoids which directly force fat cells to develop multiple mitochondria and in the process – conversion of white fat to brown. The exipure regimen does not involve cold exposure or caloric restriction – only the ingestion of a specially formulated flavonoid combination, consisting of Perilla grass, Kudzu bark, Holy Basil, White gingseng, Cork bark and Oleuropein. Later formulations also added Quercetin and Propolis, as those ingredients seemed to increase the results even further.
This fat browning regimen seems to be effective and safe and lacks many of the problems with traditional diet regimens. Compared to the classic ways of increasing brown fat (caloric restriction and cold exposure), the exipure fat browning supplement combination seems to achieve as much as 800% more brown fat conversion.
